I have 25 years’ experience in the business world, and I use my varied career to support my clients.
I have worked in the private health sector supporting therapists since the beginning of 2019, and I have a wealth of experience in systems and processes.

Emma has experience of working with a number of different systems and procedures. Emma has multiple clients in the health sector and has a strong understanding of the industry.

Gemma’s background as a healthcare professional instills in her the value of compassion and empathy. Having worked with diverse individuals, including vulnerable populations, she prides herself on her exceptional communication skills and caring demeanor.
Her extensive tenure in both NHS and private healthcare settings has equipped her with a deep understanding of various healthcare computer systems and adeptness in medical administrative tasks. Gemma excels in managing sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism, handling confidential information with utmost care on a daily basis.

Emma is a Virtual Assistant and qualified Bookkeeper (MICB) with over 14 years’ experience in the health sector.
As well as being a qualified Dental Nurse Emma holds qualifications in Business Administration, Personal Assistance, Customer Service and Leadership & Management. In addition to this Emma has completed a Level 2 Certificate in Bookkeeping and Level 3 Certificate in Bookkeeping and Accounts in which she gained a Distinction with Honours in both.
Emma has several clients in the health sector and has a strong understanding of the industry.
Emma is a user of various accounting software packages including Xero and is AML registered.

Saphia is a Virtual Assistant for the Health and Education sectors with a strong background in administrative support, project management, and research and writing.
Saphia is a HCPC-registered Music Therapist with extensive experience working in health and educational settings within multidisciplinary teams. As such, she has first-hand experience and knowledge of the industry, including clinical assessments and interventions, case management and medico-legal cases.
Saphia utilises her therapy skills and her strong understanding of the sector to build collaborative relationships and offer tailored support to her clients.

Ashleigh has over 21 year’s experience and a proven track record of providing effective Administration and Business support, latterly working for a professional body in the counselling and psychotherapy sector prior to becoming a Virtual Assistant.
Ashleigh is a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Couples Counsellor with her own part-time private practice and as such has first hand experience in, and a strong understanding of the sector. Ashleigh possesses excellent communication skills allowing her to successfully build relationships with clients and support their needs.

Sarah is an AMSPAR trained Medical Secretary, who worked in the NHS for 10 years as part of the Orthopaedic, General and Vascular Surgery, Paediatric and Cardiology specialties, before progressing into private practice.
Sarah then managed a busy Medico-Legal Practice for 5 years. Providing a great service to clients really brings Sarah satisfaction.
