Director
Since 2019, I have focused on the private healthcare sector, working closely with therapists to streamline their practices. My expertise lies in optimising systems and processes, with a particular passion for helping others achieve their goals. I bring a strong background in business start-ups, using proven strategies to help clients grow their practices, reclaim their time, and reach their business objectives.
In addition to client work, I am passionate about building a team of specialist VAs and supporting them in their VA journey, offering guidance and mentorship as they develop their skills.
Outside of work, I live in North Yorkshire with my family and our chihuahua. We enjoy spending time in the campervan, exploring nature, and embarking on new adventures.

Her extensive tenure in both NHS and private healthcare settings has equipped her with a deep understanding of various healthcare computer systems and adeptness in medical administrative tasks. Gemma excels in managing sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism, handling confidential information with utmost care on a daily basis.

Emma is a highly skilled Virtual Assistant and qualified Bookkeeper (MICB) with over 14 years of experience in the health sector. Alongside her bookkeeping expertise, Emma is also a certified Dental Nurse and holds additional qualifications in Business Administration, Personal Assistance, Customer Service, and Leadership & Management. Her comprehensive training includes a Level 2 Certificate in Bookkeeping and a Level 3 Certificate in Bookkeeping and Accounts, both achieved with Distinction and Honours.

She has worked as a PA to an Implantologist and a Principal Orthodontist in private dental practices, as well as undertaking receptionist and practice coordination duties.
